How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! You will need to create an account by registering so we can remember you when you visit us again. After you login with your username and password, simply select the product you like, click on it, then add it to your shopping bag. The item will be stored in your shopping bag until you are ready to check out. Once you are done shopping, either click the  check out  icon or your Carrier and it will guide you in purchasing you items.

When will I receive my order?
All orders received will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) are delivered on the first working day of the week- Sunday.

What countries do you ship to?
PAWSH Boutique delivers only in Kuwait.

How much is the shipping charges?
PAWSH Boutique charges KD1.500 for delivery with free delivery on orders over 30 KD.

Where are products shipped from?
All Products are shipped from our air-conditioned warehouses in Kuwait.

What forms of payment do you accept?
PAWSH Boutique accepts payment by KNET, VISA, MASTERCARD, and COD (Cash on Delivery)

Do I receive a receipt for my purchase?
When you complete the check-out process, an invoice will appear listing your purchased items. Print this page and keep it as your receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order details. When you receive your order, you will also receive an invoice with the details of your order in your bag

What if an item is out of stock?
PAWSH Boutique makes every effort to keep all items in stock. On those occasions when an item is on back-order, you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart.

Do you provide a way to track my shipment?
Shipments usually arrive within 24 to 48 hrs. Should you not receive yours, please give us a call at 965.9493.6983 from 9am to 5pm Sunday to Thursday We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Or you can email us anytime on info@pawshboutique.com

What if I need to return an item I purchased at PAWSH Boutique?
Customer service is our number one priority at PAWSH Boutique. While we are committed to offering the finest products to our customers, we realize that there will be times when you need to return an item. Please note that we will only accept returns after 72 hours of delivery, and only items that have been damaged during delivery or a malfunctioning product. Please note that we do NOT accept returns on food, supplements and treat products. If you will be returning a purchased item to us, please follow the steps below to assure timely processing of your return:

1. Please give us a call or send us an email and advise why you wish to return the product.
2. If your item has been approved for return, please keep the item in a place with the invoice so our drivers are able to pick them up.
3. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or store credit within 2 to 3 business days. Return credit does not include original shipping charges.

Please note: Returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, or that indicate use, will not be accepted for return.
